Cambree Weeks 9-13

Nicknames: baby girl, itty bitty, Cammy

Weight: She was 11 pounds even at her 2 month checkup (we actually made it to the doctor when she was 10 weeks old) At her 2 month the Dr said she was doing great and he had no concerns about anything. She is in the 1st percentile for height at 21 inches, 37th percentile for weight at 11 pounds, and that sweet head of hers is coming in at 76th percentile, 39 1/2 inches.

Clothes: She is still able to fit in most 0-3 months, but is quickly becoming too long for those pjs. She fits in some 3-6 months sizes depending on the brand. Some of my favorite PJs are about to be too small and I am so not looking forward to taking out more tiny clothes and putting them away.

Diapers: She is in size 1 diapers still, we haven't had any issues with them

Likes: Cambree loves to be talked to. She enjoys eye contact at all times and being the center of attention. She is starting to like her toys, we have a cow rattle on her carseat and she will kick and smile at it. She loves her daddy and gives him the biggest smiles. She seems to enjoy when the dogs give her drive by licks while she is in her swing. She likes to be close to Mama and the Ergo and Solly wrap have been life savers.

Dislikes: Still hating getting out of the bath. She is not a fan of being constipated, but really who is? She does not like it when she is overly tired and she will let you know it.

Schedule: Well, I am thinking about implementing some type of sleep schedule, but I haven't totally committed. I am not ready to move her to her bedroom, but know I would benefit from the much needed sleep. She is still waking up about 2-3 times a night. She mostly dream feeds with each wake up and then around 8:30 wakes up and is alert. She has slept through the night entirely only twice, but those nights were glorious. I am thinking about skimming through some of the different baby schedule books, but I am hesitant because I know I don't want to implement a super strict regimen.

Milestones: She started babbling and "talking" back to us at 9 weeks and 6 days old. She took three flights to and from Cabo, Mexico and did so good! She slept almost all of each of the three flights and was pretty happy when awake. She slept through customs both times as well. We put her in the Ergo and she was as snug as a bug. She has completed her first RV trip to northern Colorado! She met her other grandparents and great aunt and uncle in Colorado.

Other Milestones: We will get back from Colorado and then a week later head to Garner State Park in south Texas. We are super excited to camp in our own camper as well as float in the beautiful Frio River. Cammy is ready to try floating in the clear water also.

Looking forward to: Garner state park!
